Scope of this notice
This privacy policy applies to the dyrk.ai coming-soon landing page available at https://dyrk.ai and https://www.dyrk.ai. The page is a single, static information page with one optional email-subscription form for visitors who want to be contacted when the dyrk.ai application becomes available.
What we process and why
1. Server logs
Whenever you load a page, our edge provider Cloudflare automatically processes basic technical data: your IP address, the requested URL, the HTTP method, the response status, the time of the request, and your browser's user-agent string.
Purpose: security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in keeping
the service operational and protected.
Retention: Cloudflare's standard log retention; we do not maintain
our own copy.
2. Email submission
If you enter your email address in the form and submit it, we use that address only to contact you about the launch of dyrk.ai. The address is forwarded by our processor Brevo (see below) to our internal collection inbox comming-soon@dyrk.ai. We do not store your address in any database, key-value store, or other persistent system on this site.
Purpose: contacting you on your request about the launch.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures at the
data subject's request.
Retention: the receiving inbox is operated by inotec FEG GmbH;
retention follows our internal mailbox policy and your request to be contacted or
deleted.
3. Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile sets no tracking cookies; it may set a short-lived functional cookie that is strictly necessary to validate the challenge. Such cookies are "strictly necessary" within the meaning of §25(2)(2) TTDSG and do not require consent.
Processors and recipients
The following service providers process personal data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. US company; web edge, DNS, Turnstile, Email Routing. Data may be transferred to the United States; the transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
- Sendinblue SAS (Brevo) — 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France. EU hosting. Used solely for the transactional delivery of the form submission to our internal inbox. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
No tracking, no analytics, no marketing cookies
We do not use Google Analytics, marketing pixels, or any third-party analytics. We set no first-party tracking cookies.
No automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR (no profiling, no automated decisions with legal effect or similarly significant effect on you).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20)
- Right to object (Art. 21)
- Right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)), without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). For us this is the Sächsischer Datenschutzbeauftragter — Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden, Germany.
